The day to day management is handled by the Chaplaincy Executive Committee, who are volunteers, and report to the Trustees.  The Executive is currently being restructured, and is supported by regional groups which organise local events, support the chaplains in their locality and liaise with the churches while the Executive mainly looks after the administration, fundraising and development of the aims of the charity.
